Fall Season Information:

- Age groups: 8U, 10U, 12U
- SELECT LEAGUE ONLY
- This league is limited to 9 teams per division. Coaches bring your team registrations to the office.
Spring Season Information:
- Registration Opens: January
- Pre - Season Tournament (8U, 10U, & 12U) April 25th & 26th
- League Play Starts: April 27th
- End of season tournament : May 30th- 31st
- End of season tournament : June 6th & 7th
- OK Regionals : June 17th - June 21st
- OK State : June 17th - 21st
- Age groups: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U
Teams provide their own uniform. Each player will need to be registered in our Kids, Inc. database. This can be done online or in our office and must be done prior to every season.

ELK CITY PUBLIC SCHOOL PLAYERSPlayers will be allowed to join their team from previous seasons if so desired. A player may also choose to be placed back in the draw to be placed on a different team if so desired. New players will be drawn to existing teams to complete team formation.
OUT-OF-TOWN PLAYERSIndividuals who do not attend Elk City schools may participate in our softball program. However, if the school where the child attends has a team, that child must play on their school's team. If that child is denied the opportunity to play on their school's team, we will allow the child to play on an Elk City team. The school/team that denied the player will not be allowed to play in our league.

AGE GROUPS FOR 2026 SPRING SEASON
T-Ball (6U): A child must be 4 years of age as of January 1, 2026 AND cannot turn 7 years of age prior to January 1, 2026.
Coach-Pitch (8U): A child cannot turn 9 years of age prior to January 1, 2026.
Fast Pitch (10U): A child cannot turn 11 years of age prior to January 1, 2026.
Fast Pitch (12U): A child cannot turn 13 years of age prior to January 1, 2026.
Fast Pitch (14U): A child cannot turn 5 years of age prior to January 1, 2026.
